By means of analyzing the oil and gas geopolitical pattern and the main competitive factors, weighing competitive situation among great power and evaluating geopolitical risks across-the-board in the Central Asia-Caspian Sea region, it is suggested that China should make its strategy toward the Central Asia-Caspian Sea region from a geopolitical view and take some measures to cope with multilevel geopolitical blockade of the US and its allies.
